The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Employee Recruitment in the Furniture Industry of Iran According to the Role of Contextual Factors
The present research aims to analyze the effect of contextual factors affecting the application of artificial intelligence technology in employee recruitment in the furniture industry of Iran, which is a practical purpose and has been carried out in a descriptive-surveillance manner, to find out the reasons, facilitators and limitations of its use with the presented conceptual model. Make this technology understandable to organizations during employee recruitment. To measure and analyze the effect of these factors, a questionnaire was used as an information-gathering tool, which was given to 250 senior managers and middle managers of companies active in the furniture industry of Iran. The results of the analysis of the information obtained in two descriptive and inferential parts, according to the data analysis algorithm in the method of structural equations and Smart PLS software, confirmed the hypotheses of the research and showed that the effective background factors include: technological factors, organizational and environmental have a positive and significant effect on the use of Artificial intelligence in the furniture industry in Iran, and the use of artificial intelligence as a competitive advantage improves the organizational capabilities of recruitment and recruitment (based on data, process, staff) in the furniture industry. Forgives. Also, it makes it easier to carry out “blind” Recruitment of employees processes and review frequent applications, and by simplifying the application analysis process through applicant tracking systems, it can save time and money in human resources processes and reduce discrimination in choices.

Current state and development trend of Chinese furniture industry
The Chinese furniture industry is important in the development of not only the furniture industry but also the social economy. From the point of view of the current state of the furniture industry in China, this review analyzes the current state of the industry’s regional overall operation, industrial distribution, consumer market, development of industrial technology, and information industry chain in detail. After analyzing the product brand construction and market competition, industry cost, customer demand and consumer protection, industrialization and information integrations, resource and environmental challenges, this article give a detailed interpretation of a new state and challenge that the Chinese furniture industry will meet in the future. Meanwhile, the authors also suggest several measures, including promoting the development of industrial clusters and improvement of the whole industry chain, technological content, and added value of furniture production. The results of this article should have practical significance for sustainable development of the Chinese furniture industry as well as the world furniture industry.

Masculinidades y subjetivización política en el movimiento obrero argentino a comienzos del siglo XX
The article analyzes the process of construction of worker masculinities in the working class of Buenos Aires during the first decades of the twentieth century, using the case study of the wood and furniture industry. Gender demarcation lines are identified through the analysis of discourses, practices, and forms of sociability, using the union labor press as the main input. Within this universe of meanings, the intervention of left-wing currents (anarchists, socialists, revolutionary syndicalists) on the processes of political subjectivation and union organization was studied.
El artículo analiza el proceso de construcción de las masculinidades obreras en la clase trabajadora de Buenos Aires durante las primeras décadas del siglo XX, valiéndose del estudio de caso de la industria de la madera y el mueble. Se identifican las líneas de demarcación del género mediante el análisis de los discursos, las prácticas y las formas de sociabilidad, utilizando la prensa obrera gremial como insumo principal. Dentro de este universo de sentidos, se estudia la intervención de las corrientes de izquierda (anarquistas, socialistas, sindicalistas revolucionarios) sobre los procesos de subjetivación política y organización sindical.

Analysis of Non-Destructive Indicating Properties for Predicting Compressive Strengths of IDendrocalamus sericeus/I Munro Bamboo Culms
Bamboo is a natural material with the potential for being used in sustainable construction. However, uncertainty in the bearing capacity of the bamboo results in nonstandard values for structural engineering design. This research studied the simple and multiple linear regression analyses for indicating properties to predict the axial compressive load capacity and strength of bamboo culms, which will be useful information for quality control during building construction and further structural grading. First, twelve basic physical properties were measured from 111 samples of Dendrocalamus sericeus Munro bamboo culms, and axial compressive load tests of the bamboo culms were performed. Then, the correlation significance of the physical properties to axial load capacity and strength (load per area) were analyzed by the Pearson correlation method. The results show that five parameters, i.e., linear mass, culm wall thickness, external diameter, moisture content, and density, were statistically significant with the responses (compressive load capacity and compressive strength) and then defined as \"candidates for indicating properties\". Next, simple linear and multiple linear regression were analyzed to formulate the relationship between the significant indicating properties and the responses. From the simple linear regression analysis, linear mass can be best used as an indicating property for predicting the maximum compressive load. The maximum compressive strength was well associated with density. The multiple linear regression analysis shows an improvement in the response predictions with respect to the simple linear regression analysis with the higher R[sup.2]-values. Finally, structural grading of the bamboo is determined.
